Rates & Fees
Monthly Retained Hours Consulting
· 12-month fixed retainer @ ≥ 15 hours/month – ($200/hr X # hours fixed/month
· ≥ 6-month fixed retainer @ 10 - 15 hours/month – ($250/hr X # hours fixed/month).
· < 6-month retainer @ < 10 hours/month - $300/hr (Any amount of fixed hours per month below 10 and any time frame below 6 months)
· All ≥ 6-month retainer contracts include a 10% grace (overage hours)/month at no charge.
ExpresSupport Retainer: 5 hours/month: $1000/month (12-month fixed retainer)
ExpresSupport Retainer provides quick access for technical questions or limited immediate needs for anyone in the company on any project or support.
Hourly “As Needed” Consulting
· Hourly consulting “As Used” contracts - $350/hr. – (invoiced monthly)
Sterility Assurance Auditing and Project Consulting
· Specific scope of work (SOW) project consulting: Fixed # hours for agree # months - $300/hr
· Quality/Technical Audit SME 1/2 day: $1500*
· Quality/Technical Audit SME full day: $3000*
*(Includes related communications, preparation and reporting time)
Training & Education*
- Onsite training 1/2 day session: $1500
- Onsite training full day session: $3000
- Specialized webinar training session: $500 (up to 1.5 hr.)
*Rate includes preparation time
Additional fees for travel
Consulting rates do not include travel expenses or travel time.
Travel time charged at $75/hr plus expenses unless otherwise agreed in advance.
